Abstract

Reflections upon the Civil Practice Law & Rules (CPLR) of New York from the viewpoint of those who use it in law school teaching as the centerpiece of the course commonly called New York Practice from the three perspectives that govern the life of a legal academic: classroom teaching, legal scholarship, and service to the legal community.
